Billington Properties was created in October 1994, with the home office located in Tempe, Arizona. It is a Limited Liability Corporation established in Arizona. The partners are Timothy and Tammy Billington. It serves the needs of those individuals seeking executive homes for lease in the different areas surrounding Phoenix. Locations include South Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Ahwatukee. These homes range from 1500 square feet up to 3600 square feet. The Partners are members of Credit Data Southwest, Arizons Realtors Association and Arizona Multi-Housing Association.

The Landscape Group was created in December 2001, with the home office located in Tempe, Arizona. It is a subsidiary of Billington Properties. It serves the needs currently of all the rental homes under Billington Properties and has done so since Oct 1994 plus Custom Residential homes and Commercial Properties located around the Phoenix area. The equipment used is the newest and best equipment in the business. Our Trucks are pure white as well as our trailers and display the Billington Logo in Green on the side panels. The Lawn mowers are Walkers which hold a valued name in the business. All of the crews on site wear shirts of the same Teal Green with the Billington Logo displayed. We are licensed thru the Arizona Register of Contractors.
